At Busyatri (propiter: Sanjay Kumar Sethi), we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Tickets can be cancelled up to 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled date of journey.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the journey will not be eligible for a refund.
Once a cancellation is successfully processed, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refunds will be processed for partially used tickets or no-shows.
Busyatri (propiter: Sanjay Kumar Sethi) reserves the right to amend the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
